To make shopping convenient for all shopping centers may offer late night shopping, recreation areas, special facilities for the elderly and disabled and shopping trolleys. You can buy ready-made clothes, footwear, jewellery, fabrics and thousands of things in a modern shopping centre. Coming to the shop you become a customer. Customers usually find out the price and if there’s any discount. They ask assistant for help to choose the right size, model and colour. They make a purchase and can pay by card or pay cash. As for the shop assistants they can help to choose the right thing, show the fittings rooms and lead to the cash desk. Shop assistants can accept payments and give change and receipt. Usually they wrap your purchase or put it into plastic bag. Shop assistants explain to the customers anything that they need to know.
