When coffee beverage was cooked in first time?

Now Latin America is leader of coffee export in the world but first coffee was cooked in Turkey. The coffee have came to Turkey from Yemen.

The legends about coffee.

The coffee's stimulate effects was found many years ago. People in old time saw that if goats eat coffee beans they start to jump and run faster than before. People tried to eat those beans but their test was bitter. They threw them in fire and found beautiful smell from burnt beans. And somebody put it in hot water maybe and got a good beverage.

Once monks tested this beverage and saw that they can stay all night. Monks think that was blessing from God. They started make coffee and they invented dishes those help them to make coffee.

The coffee was came to Ottoman Empire with camel caravans till 16 century from Egypt and Yemen, then that beverage started to cook in Turkey.

Coffee beverage was made first time in Sultan's palace for Suleiman the Magnificent. That moment was shown in a film. On holydays coffee were cooked in Sultanahmet mosque. There the first Turkish coffeehouse was built in Istanbul's most popular district Tahtakale. After that coffeehouses were opened in Eminonu and Unkapani as well.

Coffee became very popular beverage in Ottoman Empire; the coffee appeared in every house, in rich or poor houses. There drinking coffee became in government offices good tradition.

Europeans met with coffee beverage by Turkish merchants. Ottoman Empire merchants taught them how to make coffee and how to drink this beverage. Then many king in Europe tested that amazing beverage.

In Turkey and in Europe children were not permitted to drink that good tested beverage. Even Johann Sebastian Bach had wrote "Coffee Cantata", there was told about that tradition.

Now we have many sort of coffee those are made in a lot of countries in the world.
